| Description: | Reporting to: Head of the Medical Staff Basic description: Provides assessment and support concerning to patients medical condition Duties:• Assessing and planning nursing care requirements• Providing premedical evaluation prior to initial physiatrist assessment• Checking patient condition, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures• Writing records• Providing emotional support to patients and relatives• Assisting in emergency situations, provides BLS if required• Assisting with patients transfers and mobility• Taking care of injuries and first aid• Providing feedback on changes in patient condition and important remarks to the Head of the Medical Staff • Participating in staff training as scheduled in the centre• Educating patient and his family in managing their condition• Taking responsibility for own professional development• Cooperating with other team members concerning the best benefit of the patient• Reporting defects on equipment• Performing other jobs and related duties as assigned |
