Description:	Meet and welcoming potential customers in our store(s) Identifying and fulfilling customer needs through social media platforms and other other communication channels Provide technical support and install new software for computer users Hardware assembly and maintenance Setting up new computer equipment, parts, performing minor repair work Troubleshooting computer problems and/or finding best solutions Clarifying customers’ and clients’ requirements and recommending the appropriate products Running diagnostic tests to resolve issues and installing updates to existing software
Qualifications:	Computer/ hardware knowledge Social media and computer tech awareness Strong technical and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commercial awareness Logical approach to work The ability to meet high standards in customer needs The ability to work under pressure
Salary:	3000 to 3500
