Application Support Engineer

• Your role will include gathering customer requirements, implementing, supporting, , and maintaining customized Business applications software.
• Providing documentation and training for staff in existing business information applications, testing system upgrades and generating business reports relevant to the company.
• Implementing new software taking the entire project management under his wing.
• Gathering customer requirements & Performing systems analysis work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant degree is preferable.
• English: Good, both spoken and written.
• Exemption / Completion of military services (for Egyptians).
• Experience Level: 0-4 years of experience.

Key skills:

• A strong IT background.
• Ability to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business.
• Ability to building excellent client relationships and outstanding communication and presentation skills, ideally client facing.
• Ability to produce high quality documentation
• Consistently working as part of a project team focused on client success.
• Willingness to travel according to project location.

Preferred:

• Background in Development (PHP,Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus
• Background in writing SQL Queries and creating reports is a plus.
• Background in system analysis
• Basic knowledge of web applications 
• Experience with troubleshooting
