Site Accountant – Construction

Construction Accountant:

A construction site accountant is responsible for the financial operations of his  assigned site. This will include reporting to the accounting department and preparing financial reports in a consistent matter weekly. A successful accountant ensures proper financial operation & analysis.

Your duties as a site accountant will be:

• Applying all Accounting functions for a specific site.
• Reporting to the accounting department as required.
• Providing timely financial reports weekly or as required.
• Custody and purchases of the site and the stores’ movement and extracts of subcontractors.
• Ensure that the financial claims are matching with the sub-contractor’s accountant.
• Maintain sufficient documentation of each expenditure
• Control the site’s petty cash, distribute the financial flow according to the project’s needs, and settle it with the financial Department.
• Handling day-to-day accounts transactions.
• Verification of bills receivables & payable.

• يستلم الشيكات من مقر الادارة ويقوم بصرفها من البنك وذلك لتسهيل اعمال المشروع من ناحية دفع الايجارات ورواتب العماله المؤقته وبعض المشتريات حسب حاجة العمل .
• يتابع مع المكتب الفنى مستخلصات الموردين والمقاولين ويراجعها حسابياً، ويقوم بتسليمها لقطاع المراجعة لمراجعتها واستخراج الشيكات الخاصة بها في الوقت المقرر .
• يراقب الاعمال المالية الخاصة بالموقع من حيث فواتير الشراء والإيصالات النقدية المقدمه من المهندسين والمشرفين لضبط عملية التكاليف يومياً، ويرفع تقارير التكاليف لقطاع الشئون المالية.
• يراجع التسويات الخاصة بالموقع شاملة الفواتير والايصالات النقدية لاستخراج شيكات بنفس قيم هذه التسويات ويعتمدها من مدير المشروع
• يعد مؤثرات الحضور والإنصراف الخاصة بالعاملين فى الموقع و حساب الجزاءات والاضافى للسائقين وعاملين البوفيه ويرسلها لقطاع الموارد البشرية بالشركة لمراجعتها و صرفها .
• يقوم بالتنسيق مع إدارة المخازن لمراقبة المخزون وعمل الجرد الدوري والمفاجي علي المخازن ومتابعة الدفاتر الخاصة بالمخازن وكروت الصنف والحركة المستندية للمخازن وإيصال تقارير المتابعة إلي الإدارة الماليه

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Microsoft programs (excel, word).
• Previous experience in a construction company will be preferred.
