Social Media Marketing Specialist

Sutherland is seeking a creative, results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support aspects of Sutherlands TA global social footprint and work towards achieving specific business goals in order to grow our candidate base, increase brand affinity amongst candidates and stakeholders, and help manage relationships through community management, creative marketing, and content planning. Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field  

Experience Requirements:

Experience in developing, managing, ad growing communities; previous experience in communications/marketing and community management, experience using social media platforms, calendars and software to upload and schedule content  

Language Requirements:

Strong to excellent English, both verbal and written
