  1. Respond to all social media comments and massages
  2. Respond, transfer and follow up the online complains/requests and escalating when necessary
  3. Create reports about customers complains and their status to be used on user experience enhancement. From (Facebook, Instagram, live chat,…etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Mass communication or equivalent
  • 1- 2 Years of experience. 
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages 
  • Excellent computer & Microsoft program usage
