Description:
  • Assisting customers in finding what they are looking for in the Department/Store, ensuring the provision of a high level of customer service and closing the sale.
  • Cleaning shelves, counters, and tables in the Department/Store.
  • Preparing merchandise for sale.
  • Conducting an inventory of stocks and requisition of new stocks as needed.
  • Operating the cash machine at a checkout area, ensuring safe handling of cash, and keeping accurate records.
  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly checkout area.
  • Offering customers carry-out service at the completion of the transaction.
Qualifications:
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Well organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and flexible.
  • Previous experience in cashiering and customer service within Supermarkets or Hypermarkets is preferred.
Education:High school or equivalent
