Branches Manager

1. We are seeking for a creative Stores and branches manager to oversee stores operations. 
2. You will be responsible for driving company objectives in profit and growing the revenues, sales performance, customer satisfaction, 
3. Store Managers are also responsible for leading customer interaction and associate talent development on a daily basis within their store.
4. Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and report analysis
5. Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
6. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
7. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
8. Effectively schedule for the stores.
9. Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the store.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any relevant field.
• More than 5  years 

Works effectively under stressful condition. Skills in database management and record keeping
