  • Coach agents with weak performance.
  • Prepare reports to Operation Manager.
  • Improve performance through reporting & analytics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in Sales , Telesales
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • Be articulate and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
