Fleet Operations Manager

• Responsible for the operations of the company trucks & vehicles.
• Maintain the overall performance of fleet management.
• Ensure optimized logistics solutions for maintaining maximum fleet utilization.
• Ensure and follow-up compliance with all applicable laws & regulations (traffic laws, EGPC standards, Company Standards & procedures) and safety management system for transport.
• Manage all customers transport complaints as per the agreed SLA.
• Participate in tendering preparation and negotiations for implementing all required specs with best offers.
• Develop Road Risk Assessments.
• Supervise the vetting & technical inspections of trucks and vehicles in compliance with the company grids.
• Enforce HSEQ rules and procedures in transportation activity.
• Analyze & report transportation incidents using root cause analysis and follow up implementation of corrective actions.
• Define and implement emergency transportation plan.

• Bachelor's Degree (Business or Automotive Technology are preferred).
• From 10 to 13 years of experience as a manager in heavy trucking field.
• High degree of technical skills with automotive and other motorized equipment.
• Solid Knowledge of trucks/vehicle specifications and applications.
• High Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional user of Microsoft Excel.
