Description:	Assign and schedule work orders so they are completed on time. Assisting the entire operation of the plant and machinery with full technical support. Provides complete support for the promotion of sales to achieve the desired target. Overall supervision of plant, machinery, Maintenance, vehicle routing, quality control, etc. Monitor Day-to-day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites. Coordinates the overall maintenance activities through planning and communication with peers, team members, customers (internal and external), suppliers, and technical staff. Develops and controls plans and budgets for the maintenance area. Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating, manner. Follows through with daily checks for accuracy and progress. Coordination with sales & purchase depts. for the effective output of the plant.
Qualifications:	7-10 years with 2-3 years managerial experience in plant management Deep knowledge of RM and concrete operations Manage material planning and budgeting for country operations Knowledge of supply market trends Understands & applies principles of cost accounting Knowledge concrete-aggregate businesses Understands the company’s business strategy and objectives Analytical thinking – problem solver that seeks the best solution(s) Interpersonal Skills Team Player – works well with others and is capable of collaborating across regions & functions Ethical and high compliance to institutional policies Communicates effectively Mature leadership skills – manages and develops others well Manages conflict
