Description:	Realization of visits with our existing distributors and with the commercial team to meet the market’s needs. Close cooperation with commercial and Baking Centre Manager to follow-up projects and improve business. To analyze competitors in the market and collect competitors’ samples for analysis. Providing technical support to bakers and performing product demonstrations in the market. Providing technical support to bakers and performing demonstrations. Samples collection for sending to regional for Bench Marking of product in our inhouse facility. Offer innovative ideas to improve the quality of products and services to customers in the market using product range. Actively participate in product development based on market needs with Baking Centre manager and Regional Baking Centre Formulation Manager. Calculate costs of competitors’ products in use and offer to the Customer products based on the existing price list. Leading projects on industrial customers to get technical/functional approval of the current or tailor-made products to start a business. Active participation in product development based on market needs with Regional Formulation Manager. Proactive approach towards customers for a strong relationship and network. Follow-up market trends, competition, consumer behaviors to get needed actions on company-related products. Organize through the Baking Centre Manager reception/training for sales team and customers based on projects. Data collection from industrial customers to have information in detail. For all visits in the field create a comprehensive report to include data, photos to be shared with the commercial team and Baking Center Manager. The person will report directly to the Baking Centre manager.
Qualifications:	Fluent level of English & Arabic. A degree in Food Engineering preferred Bakery qualifications would also be an advantage. Knowledge and experience within the KSA bakery sector preferable. Curious, open-minded, following bakery trends, ready to learn different baking techniques Must be computer literate in MS Office and be able to create and deliver presentations.
