Human Resources Manager – Alexandria

Main Job Duties:

• Implementing all the human resources functions that are coping with the company strategy including but not limited to:
• Maintain the group structure.
• Maintain New Salary scale policy & structure.
• Customized internal policies.
• New Recruitment and hiring process
• Training and development program for reefer technicians.
• Changing company culture and train all stuff to work with customer satisfaction concept
• Launching Motivation/employee engagement programs .
• Adjusting Manpower / Man-hour with budgeting.
• Create Customized Performance appraisal forms (PMS SYS.) for every title.
• Decrease turn over ratio by applying loyalty programs
• Develop new, or modify existing, position descriptions and Terms of Reference in collaboration with departments’ managers
