Description:
  • Making BIM models from Shop Drawings, as-Built drawings, Site photos & sketches.
  • Perform QA on model deliverables to ensure compliance with Owner’s BIM Standards.
  • Audit and review models from all team members and sub consultants.
  • Must be willing to handle multiple BIM projects simultaneously.
  • Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks etc.
  • Knowledge about BIM standards.
Qualifications:
  • Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree .
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Solid experience with Revit / 3D Modelling.
  • Experience with Coordination of services in 3D environment.
  • Experience with LOD 400 BIM model creation (including supports & hangers) is a MUST
  • Experience with LOD 400 Family creation is a MUST
  • Navisworks is a MUST.
  • Dynamo is optional.
  • Knowledge with various mechanical/ Electrical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, low current, lighting, etc).
