Telesales Agent

We are hiring a Tele-sales agent to join NowPay’s team in Egypt.

We need a sales guru with previous experience at least 2 years in sales (@ fin-tech industry is preferable) to take the lead of the following responsibility:

• Contact potential clients representing our product/service and help them to know our company better through a guided script.
• Answer all calls regarding potential Customers’ questions and inquires.
• Contact customers for surveys.
• Achieve Monthly Target (number of activated users).

• Telesales/Call Center experience is preferable
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Problem solver, able to quickly assess issues and provide solutions.
• Good in English
• University graduate.
