Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and partners regarding Product needs
• Translate requirements into well defined user stories
• Ensure adherence to the schedule and release dates
• Partner with product directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
• Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software processes
• Distribute requirements to Technical Manager & Product Director for assessment, approval & planning
• Work with the development team to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development or Project Management
• From 4 – 6 years experience in the field and atleast 2 year as a Senior Analyst
• Ability to act as a Product Manager as needed
• Strong understanding of Agile fundamentals and processes
• Strong understanding and prior experience in using JIRA
• Clear & articulate oral communication in English language
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Excellent written communication skills
