  • Carrying out the day-to-day functions of leasing in the territories assigned to you.
  • Liaising with potential clients through calls, emails, etc. in order to accommodate their rental requirements until appropriate property is found.
  • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers.
  • Meeting clients who are interested in leasing their property.
  • Meeting potential clients and guiding them on tours of available units.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.
  • Monitor the property market for new and old properties up for leasing.
  • Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
  • Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
  • Evaluate the objectives of a client to identify their needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners and clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and close deals.
