Description:
  • Manage the security team export station and pack house.
  • Monitor employee conformity to safety laws and policies.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to find cause and take prevention measures for further incidents.
  • Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues.
  • Create and implement workplace health and safety plans and procedures.
  • Follow up the security control cameras in the different locations.
  • Develop and enforce security standards and procedures.
  • Analysis and manage security performance.

  • مراقبة امتثال الموظف لقوانين وسياسات السلامة.
  • التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث لمعرفة السبب واتخاذ تدابير وقائية لمزيد من الحوادث.
  • اقتراح الحلول والتحسينات وخطوات الوقاية لقضايا السلامة.
  • إنشاء وتنفيذ خطط وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل.
  • متابعة كاميرات المراقبة الأمنية في المواقع المختلفة
  • تطوير وإنفاذ المعايير والإجراءات الأمنية.
  • تحليل وإدارة الأداء الأمني.
Qualifications:
  • Military academy or Police academy graduate will be Preferable .
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the security field and preferred in pack house or export stations.
  • Age 45 – 55 years old.
  • High knowledge of private security operations.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Management skills.
  • Leadership.
  • Teamwork.
  • يفضل خريج الأكاديمية الحربية أو أكاديمية الشرطه .
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10  سنوات في مجال الأمن و ييفضل من سبق له العمل في محطات التصدير الزراعي
  • العمر 45 – 55 سنة.
  • معرفة عالية بالعمليات الأمنية الخاصة.
  • عمل تحت الضغط.
  • مهارات الإدارة.
  • القيادة.
  • العمل بروح الفريق الواحد
