دور هذه الوظيفة هو الاشراف على جميع الاعمال اللوجستية خلال مراحل التصنيع المختلفة من المشتريات حتى وصولها للعميل. يشمل ذلك التأكد من توفر الكمية الصحيحة من المخزون ، وتنظيم حركة المواد للانتاج والتخزين ومراكز التوزيع بما يضمن كفائة الشركة وخفض التكاليف وتحسين الخدمة لعملائها.
المسؤوليات
  • وضع خطة واهداف قسم سلاسل الامداد وتنفيذها للقيام باهدافها على اكمل وجه
  • ادارة عمليات التوصيل واسطول سيارات الشركة
  • ادارة التخزين والمناولة والشحن لجميع الاصناف والتأكد من درجة الحراراة المناسبة
  • استخدام برامج حاسوبية لادارة عمليات القسم
  • تقديم توقعات تقديرية لاحتياج الشركة من المخزون وتوثيق عمليات القسم لتحليل وتقييم الاداء
  • التعاون مع الاقسام الاخرى والثقافات المختلفة لايجاد العقبات وتقديم الحلول
  • تعيين وادارة وتدريب فريق سلاسل الامداد
  • ادارة العلاقات مع الموردين الاساسيين لتحقيق اهداف القسم
  • تطبيق احدث وافضل الممارسات لتعزيز دور الشركة الريادي


As a supply chain manager, you’ll oversee and manage the logistics part of every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product.You’ll ensure the right amount of inventory is available at any given time, as well as overseeing the storage of the product. Organizing the movement of goods from production, to distribution centers, or to customers and involves forecasting trends and managing inventories.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.
  • Control delivery processes and the company’s transportation fleet
  • Oversee product storage, handling and distribution and ensure the right temperature throughout the process.
  • Use computer software to track goods from origin to delivery
  • Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process, and analyzing performance
  • Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
  • Hire, manage and motivate a team of supply chain and warehouse staff
  • Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers
  • Manage and minimize the risks (for example operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the supply chain
  • Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain in order to support the sustainability commitment of the company
  • Implement new technologies and stay alert to new trends and developments in the sector.
