Last Mile Associate

As a Last Mile Associate you will be responsible for managing our daily last mile activities and keep close relationship with our vendors 

What will you do? 

• Generate daily and weekly reports for RTOs and in transit orders.
• Follow up and respond on last mile tickets, internal and external tickets within SLA
• Follow up and respond on last mile support email within SLA 
• Follow up with all couriers on in transit shipments
• Follow up and validate same day delivery orders
• Validate fulfilled orders which not received by the couriers 

• Bachelor’s degree.
• From 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. 
• English and Arabic language skills. 
• Very good in Microsoft Excel.
