Description:
  • Advise Top Management of the company about the personnel policies, procedures and actions required to ensure that the company makes the best use of its employees.
  • Maintain an awareness of the employment legislation and ensure that the company complies with all legal requirements and to provide sound advice to management.
  • Develop and maintain all necessary personnel procedures and information systems to ensure that the company has all the information required for effective resource planning and management 
  • Direct and control the direct reports to ensure that they undertake their responsibilities effectively.
  • Manage all internal investigations to ensure 100% compliance with labor law.
Qualifications:
  • BSc of any equivalence 
  • 15 – 20 years of experience at the same field
  • Construction/industrial background is a must
  • Solid experience and background of labor law and personnel
