Description:	Responsible for screening, interviewing and assessing candidates Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company’s reputation and brand Accountable for ensuring the delivery of permanent resourcing requirements for German account Build strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders, the HRBP teams and the outsource providers to facilitate the delivery of resourcing requirements. Creates reports on applicants’ flow, selection and Sources Monitor both the quality and potential of all hires and ensure that the attraction, selection and assessment stages of the recruitment process support Ensure positive candidate experience at all times.
Qualifications:	German language proficiency level C1/C2 Proficient in MS Office Good analytical skills Full cycle recruitment experience, delivering effective recruitment campaigns and solutions to meet business needs within agreed timescales Strong operational focus, combined with commercial and business acumen Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike Have the ability to analyze and evaluate the market trends, needs through screening the media and ads for other companies and provide sourcing solutions
