quality assurance civil engineer

1. Conduct various planned and unplanned internal audits to ensure that quality management systems requirements (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001and ISO 17025) are implemented properly.

2. Prepare internal audit reports and records highlighting gaps / recommendations and communicate with departments to cover these gaps (NCR’s, observations & points for improvements).

3. Prepare audit records (check lists/ NCR’s/ Recommend corrective actions) in coordination with departments to ensure reduction of nonconformity.

4. Follow up the corrective action taken of internal audits and measure the action effectiveness.

5. Participate on communication and awareness activities conducted by QA department to increase employee’s knowledge of quality management and sustainability systems including drafting communications, materials and conducting awareness sessions.

6. Recommend preventive actions through QHSE to ensure reduction of nonconformities.

7. Coordinate and facilitate with departments regarding the external audits related to customer requirements, certification bodies, EGAC, etc. to cover requirements and implementation

8. Make corrective actions reports for closing the external audits findings and implement needed corrective actions

9. Review and updates QA procedures and instructions according to QHSE system.

10. Assist on collecting, reporting and analyzing sustainability figures and comparing it to desired targets

Education: Bachelor degree in civil Engineering |TQM Diploma in quality Assurance and statistical quality control

Language:   Arabic & English
