Description:	A multinational FMCG client is hiring a Compliance Consultant. Based in their Riyadh headquarters, you will work with the Director of Corporate Compliance to ensure the company functions are legal and ethical while meeting its business goals. And, to develop a Compliance program, reviewing company policies, guidelines, and procedures to align it with the compliance program, and advise the management on possible risks. Oversee Compliance Program by leading the day-to-day operations and oversee the company compliance program. Serve as compliance liaison between the market and Global Compliance & the Safety Office of the Corporation. Implementation of Compliance Program. Responsible for developing the localized version of the Company’s Standards of Business Conduct and performing the needed regular reviews and updates. Responsible for ensuring the completion of annual compliance training and certifications. Develop and deliver annual training and communications plan to market the Compliance Program. Provide guidance regarding the Company’s conflict of interest policy and execute the annual conflict of the interest disclosure process, including review and resolution of any reported conflicts. Responsible for refining and executing a robust anti-corruption and anti-bribery program in the market, including implementation and oversight of anti-corruption, and anti-bribery policies and internal controls designed to prevent and detect corruption and bribery. Develop the Company’s investigation protocols and conduct investigations into reported allegations of compliance violations. Develop and Review Company Policies and guidelines. Build strong partnerships and collaborate with the company’s Senior Management and all company departments and regional offices as well as global functions to support the Company’s compliance and ethics culture in alignment with Corporation’s compliance and ethics culture.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. 6 to 8 years experience in a Business Administration role, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role. High level of integrity. Strong Project Management Skills. Execute results in a multi-task environment. Strong investigative and problem-solving skills. Critical Thinking. Strong communication and presentation skills. Local Compliance Practice Experience.
