E-commerce Operation Assistant Manager

Job Overview

The eCommerce assistant manager will support the day-to-day business operations of the startup.  Must be comfortable with wearing multiple hats and have the entrepreneurial spirit. Communication and quick response time is very important.

And ad hoc requests will be a major part of the work.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate with suppliers and third party vendors.
• Upload products and product photos to websites.
• Oversee fulfilment of orders.
• Oversee  ad campaigns and retargeting campaigns
• Oversee website development
• Maintain inventory count
• Oversea importation of the new product
• Contract reading and drafting
• Support in developing new products

Qualifications

• Education level: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 7 + Years in E-commerce.
• Specific skills: Digital Marketing and Shopify knowledge are musts.
  • Must have some experience in working with suppliers and developing products.
• Personal characteristics: Excellent communicator and proactive decision maker.
• Language: Fluent in English & Arabic.
