Video Editor

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to create product illustration videos by combining already existing video footage on the internet and assemble them into a finished project that captivates audiences and generate sales.

Ultimately, as a Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a great story that sells our clients products.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit videos for product illustrations used for social media ads
• Research relevant video footage on the internet to discover suitable shots to be used in the final video
• Review raw footage to create a logical sequence for the shots to cut out and organize in the final video
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Select relevant music according to each video.
• Adding suitable text that fits each shot with the support of the content team.
• Plan video concepts by researching markets, products, and materials
• Ensure final video compliance with social media platforms.

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor
• Experience with editing software packages (e.g. Abobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Camtasia & photoshop)
• Demonstrable video editing ability
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
