Description:
  • Work with finance teams across the group entities on the financial data including consolidated FS based on the Group Companies FS 
  • Reviewing Financial Due Diligence reports 
  • Identifying and understanding key drivers of business and potential deal-breakers (financial and non-financial) 
  • Interacting with senior level of management,and exposure to business owners to understand areas such historical and projected business performance,wider commercial issues , etc. 
  • Sharing the experience and developing another team member through the deal process 
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Accountant / MBA /CFA with working knowledge of IFRS
  • 7-10 years of experience in Due Diligence preferably with big 4
  • Excellent Knowledge of accounting regulations and practices 
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially excel) 
  • Strong communication skills & presentation capability 
  • Excellent analytical , problem solving and project management skills 
  • keen eye for details 
  • Willing to work with minimal supervision
