Description:
  • Assist in setting accounts strategic direction. 
  • Ensure the quality, progress, and outcome of the team jobs. 
  • Motivate members so that they meet deadlines, work productively, and resolve any issues effectively. 
  • Follow-up on accounts progress on a daily/weekly basis. 
  • Attend periodic client meetings. Ensure strategy alignment for accounts on a periodic basis. 
  • Review monthly reports to evaluate account performance. 
  • Perform a monthly team evaluation. Conduct a monthly accounts evaluation. 
  • Report to management on a periodic basis.
Qualifications:
  • with 5-7 years of experience 
  • Who wants to turn their passion for sports into a career. 
  • Good with planning, people, and numbers
