Job Description: Determine how food should be presented, Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations Work with Head Cook to receive and store food and supplies. Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met Qualifications: 45 years old and below Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role from stand-alone restaurant – casual or fine dining Must have available sample works Immediate joiners will be prioritized |
