Description:	Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business’s medium to long term financial and strategic plan Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts Conduct Business/Financial analysis to ensure efficient financial operations. Develop insightful suggestions for cost reductions. Profitability analysis Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance Utilizing BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts Ensure allocations per projects Develop the department of FPA Financial Business partner to operation and supporting function Monthly presentation for projects performance Investment studies
Qualifications:	Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Excellent in Excel and modeling Ability to evaluate and manage people with different background and age Ability to design and implement effective allocation modeling Excellent soft skills Excellent analytical skills Experience in Costing & budgeting Bachelor’s degree CFA/CMA would be an asset At least 5 years or more in managerial position. Multinational experience is a must.
