Data Analyst

1. Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
2. Build predictive models to support sales, marketing, inventory optimization.
3. Perform deep-dives to find the root causes behind variances of key parameters over a given time-period.
4. Analyze and interpret trends.
5. Perform the needed analysis for our business including customer, financial, business performance
6. Build templates and tools to improve efficiency and efficacy of analysis and optimizations.
7. Handle data management skills such as analysis, data quality, maintenance, and master data cleanup.
8. Periodically analyze data metrics to stakeholders from single and/or multiple systems
9. Understanding of technical report writing tools and extract information for analysis.
10. Contribute to the execution and delivery of a consolidated analytics platform.
11. Building dashboards and visualizations tools preferred.
12. Analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction.
13. Facilitate decision making process for top management through data provided on regular basis and upon request  
14. Translate business problems from different departments into quantitative models and get them solved using the appropriate solution methods.

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience working in an analytical role
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience with business intelligence and visualization tools creating management dashboards
• Strong analytical skills and a passion to work with large sets of data
• You have good knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Business Objects, DAX, Python (preferably).
• Passionate about learning new technologies and working on a product of massive scale and impact
• Expert at writing SQL queries against large amounts of data
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment

Must be process orientated and a logical thinker with good attention to detail
