Description:	Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Qualifications:	Experience 10 yrs at least and preferred to be in Kuwait. Must have been working in wholesaling sections and cooperative market and hypermarkets.  Arab nationality , speak English fluently  Creative, smart and able to solve all kind of problems.  Kuwait driving license is a must.  Salary 2500-4000 USD depends on experience and talent ( we will ask for his previous work permit to see his previous salary and ask for bank statement for details of his previous salary).
