Description:
  • Oversees and plans all architectural aspects of construction projects.
  • Guidance on objectives and concepts.
  • Presents designs to clients in order to ensure satisfaction and makes revisions as necessary.
  • Following up with the suppliers.
  • Revising all the technical drawings before submission and supervising the whole process.
  • Responsible for the final package of the drawings.
  • Responsible for final specifications, approval of ordered materials, and overall guidance on objectives and concepts.
Qualifications:
  • Gender: Any
  • BS/MA degree in Art or Architecture.
  • Required 4–7 experience years.
  • Confidence in leading all aspects of the design process as a Project Leader.
  • It will be necessary to demonstrate strong management skills and leadership.
  • Excellent User in AutoCAD (2D, 3D) and Photoshop.
  • 3D Design/Modeling, rendering, and texturing using 3dsMAX, Vray.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills.
Salary:8000 to 14000
