Description:	Produces schematic design development and construction documents as directed. Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs. Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract.   Completes paperwork and construction documents. Provides design review and supports for the proposed project. Assists project team in developing design drawings, specifications and document. Advising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement & construction. Reviewing and advising on designs, ensuring they meet regulatory and legislative requirements.
Qualifications:	Degree in Architecture or a related field. 2-3 years’ experience in the same field. Excellent technical drawing and designing skills. Strong communication and project management skills. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards. Strong creative and visualization skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office AutoCAD and photoshop, SketchUp, 3D max and Revit is a plus  Hurghada and Safaga residents are preferable
