Description:	We are looking for a full-time Operations Specialist for a maintenance and home service app (AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Cameras, Gardening, etc.). The responsibilities of the Onboarding Specialist will be to generate and follow up on and onboard service provider leads in Jeddah. The main focus is to contact potential service providers/partners to have them join the platform. This includes building a database, cold calling, setting up meetings, following, negotiating, closing deals, training, and managing their account. The role includes but is not limited to: Developing pricing analysis of market and competition and contacting service providers as well as suppliers. Assist in developing a business development strategy with a focus on attaining a broader range of clients and market exposure. Conduct meetings with other service providers (in new or existing services). On-board and train all new service providers to ensure that all new service providers will maintain the organization’s quality standard. Follow up on orders with issues, complaints, reconciliation, and general inquiries with service providers Follow up on other home service apps in the market with different offerings, promotions, pricing, and services that rolled out. Qualifications:	Extensive understanding of the Saudi Arabia tech market landscape including competitive information, key trends, opportunities, and threats. Strong internal and external customer relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong technical background relating to maintenance work. Exceptional problem-solving techniques.
