Junior Sales Executive

Alpha Engineering & Trading S.A.E (AE&T), a remarkable contributor within the Industrial Lubricants market being the exclusive sole agent and authorized distributor for the top line specialty lubricants; is looking to hire   Junior Sales Executives, due to our expansion in the industrial market of Egypt;

Responsibilities:

• Meet & exceed the targeted volume within the product mix.
• Manage all the related processes, and day-to-day operation issues to achieve monthly visit in his/her territory and meet the agreed credit terms in his account.
• Provide timely service to the major accounts.
• Daily / weekly / monthly being adequately on top of his sales figures / number of customers versus competition.
• Meet & exceed the YOY volume increase and the required presence.

• Bachelor degree of Chemical or Engineering is preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience is industrial sales.
• Eastern Cairo (Heliopolis, New Cairo, El-Obour, El-Shorouk …..etc) residents.
• Owning a Car is a crucial for these jobs.
• Young dynamic personality, not exceeding age of 30 years old.
• Strong communication skills & ability to build professional relation.
• Attention to detail & willingness to experiment.     
• Financial background with a strong B2B negotiation skills.
• Understand and experience his customers’ behavior on all levels.
