  • Network and advertise to potential candidates through various recruitment channels
  • Create and maintain a database of top talent for future positions
  • Keep job requirements and descriptions up to date for all positions
  • Provide decision support to the HR team through HR metrics
Qualifications:

Requirements

  •  0-1 year of proven working experience or internship in Human Resources (Recruitment background is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or Management is a plus
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
Salary:7000 to 8000
