Description:	Conduct basic training courses related to field strengths such as sales skills and soft skills for newly hired and experienced salesmen. TNA needs and requirements for each stage.  Assist the training department in conducting Coordination with area managers in evaluating and evaluating the level of performance. Design, organize and implement a training plan aimed at improving the performance list. In addition to providing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the level of performance development. Follow up with district managers to continue Planning with the training department about the practical implementation and required changes with the aim of fine-tuning, Updating the skills training program. Ensure that business is conducted in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and values. Flexibility in transfers between all branches of the company to trouble all branches.
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree. At least 2 years of experience in sales and experience in training and leading a field sales team. Proven track record of developing high-performance teams Strong communication skills. The ability to impart knowledge comprehensively and clearly. English language proficiency. He has very good presentation and presentation skills
