Description:

 

  • Coordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers’ repairs and maintenance for restaurants/office
  • Coordinate with operating departments and suppliers the maintenance of equipment & assets.
  • Set in house preventative maintenance schedules/procedures
  • Supervise and evaluate in-house maintenance
  • Keep and record equipment manuals
  • Reduce monthly repairs & maintenance costs
  • Keep list/agreements with sub-contractors
  • Maintains floor plans/ construction drawings of all venues.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering). 
  • 5 years experience in contracting or hotels maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, fire alarms, HVAC, Kitchen equipment, construction
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. 
  • Good IT skills
