Medical Biller

Experienced Medical Billers based in Egypt, who have knowledge about U.S Healthcare rules and Revenue Cycle Management and has previously done billing for Physicians and/or Facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Submit claims to the insurance companies.
• Prepare patient statements and collect balances.
• Research and follow up aging claims.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct all job functions in compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations.
• Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to details.
• Accurately post EOB’s.

• Fluent in English.
• Customer Service Experience (Preferable).
• Must have excellent listening skills and attention to details.
• Revenue Cycle Management background is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of ERAs and EOBs, and the ability to effectively communicate by phone and in writing with insurers and patients.
