Description: Our client is a leading F&B group in the UAE, they own and manage several successful F&B brands, they are looking to hire a Cost Controller with at least 5 years of experience within the F&B Industry. As a Cost Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial performance analysis through cost attribution. You will be in charge for calculating costs of Food and Beverage items for the short and long-term planning and controlling the pricing strategy. Responsibilities: 
  • Effective menu costing and Planning
  • Ensure recipes’ costing are accurate in the system
  • Implement requisite controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Controlling all costs, including packaging costs and minimising wastage
  • Thorough review of food & beverage costing and daily monitoring of cost recipe cost
  • Calculate and monitor inventory variances based on the physical stock and system stock quantities.
  • Ensure costing is correctly calculated and posted in the system and monitor the food & beverage cost levels. 
  • Prepare and share daily reports to Corporate Finance Team with respect to F&B sales and costs.
