Description:
  • Patriciate in design projects plans, translating plans into clear  milestones and activities
  • Patriciate in executing projects activities and developing deliverables 
  • Participate in selected external meetings with clients and consultants
  • Monitor Consultants’ tasks and coordinate activities throughout the projects lifecycle
  • Track and monitor projects activities and maintain deadlines 
  • Track Clients’ complains, projects plans deviation, and update progress reports
  • Identify and control projects risks through analyze data and identifies inefficiencies and provide recommendations to management
  • Build positive relationships with clients, and Consultants
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business 
  • At least 7  years of experience in Human Resources Operations
  •  Experience in Managing Human Resources development projects is a plus
  • Computer Skills: Workable knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word – MS Excel – MS Power Point and Visio)
  • Excellent Command of English Language Skills: Good knowledge of business writing in English
  • Excellent Command of Arabic Language Skills: Good knowledge of business writing in Arabic
