Looking for candidates with experience working in multiple industries…experience in Expat hiring is preferred, preferably from in-house recruitment experience but open for profiles from agencies with strong interviewing capability, business acumen, etc. The industry is challenging and wide and so are the markets they are expanding, so if challenges get you going we welcome you. We are looking for someone who thinks out of the box when it comes to attracting talent. Stakeholder management across such wide geography in different time zones becomes the key. Aligning hiring managers and setting the expectations right when it comes to talent in the market. A terrific people’s person who sees beyond the CV and changes the goal post with the changing realities of the talent in the market.
