Account Manager

For local online merchants, we leverage technology to efficiently fulfill and deliver their orders through our network of last mile providers.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of major clients and positively contribute to expanding business relations. 

What will you do? 

• Responsible for keeping clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with merchants.
• Help the merchants through email, phone, presentations and in person meetings.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

• 2+ years experience in customer success, account management , or business development, experience in the shipping field is the most preferred. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail 
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
