Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist customers with booking their requested flights
  • Qualify the customer’s need and budget and assist them with finding the most suitable options.
  • Use promotional techniques to upsell insurance, upgrade class of service, seat request and other travel services.
  • Meet internal Productivity and Attendance/Adherence KPIs
  • Meet internal Quality standards
  • Meet revenue and Sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent English is a must
  • 1-2 years at the same position
  • Experience (Travel agencies – Tourism) is preferable
  • Flexibility with Rotational Shifts and Overnight Shifts 
  • Flexibility to work in Maadi
