Description:	Responsibilities, functions and tasks of the job Establishing the main objectives for fleet management. Developing plans and programs for the fleet. The finished image appears in the final image. Responsible for following up on plans and special plans Training the employees of his production by managing him on their work, transferring his experience and employing him who are qualified to replace him in the absence of him. Setting performance targets / measures for each job and following it up with the development of improved results status. Ensuring efficiency and office within the organization and company standards. Provide daily / monthly reports on all the information that you do, for example (fuel prices for fuel, rubber, actual maintenance downtime, fleet economic condition, GPS follow-up reports, employment, … etc) with presenting an analysis of the current situation to improve existing opportunities . Provide a safe place for cars before they are delivered to distributors. Defining a compassionate partnership willing to market their products. Technical evaluation of the cars periodically every three months, along with submitting suggestions to raise their efficiency or dispose of them by sale or scrapping. Prepare periodic reports of operating and maintenance costs, and enclose them with their broadcast stations, development points, and a plan to improve performance and proceeds. Support to aid the vehicle to administer, conduct a commercial procedure in carrying out key tasks. Purchases of spare parts and materials removed from spare parts. Evaluating suppliers and working with the supplier with the highest evaluation. Choose parts to watch watch, watch a longer life of the car, and for maintenance in general. Take action with you in good condition. Communicating fully the policies and procedures as well as implementing any of the previous tasks.
