Mobile Development Team Leader

To Work in a delivery team following Agile working Model to Implement & Deliver iOS & Android mobile applications based on business & technical requirements, leading & coaching a team of developers

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Lead the development to build advanced mobile applications
• Review code developed by the rest of the team.
• Build the architecture for the developed features.
• Engage with the Business team to build delivery plans.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide the team to resolve them.
• Breakdown tasks to other team members.
• Identify Technical and Business challenges before-hand.
• Communication and alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Review Documentation for written code.
• Build training plans for the team.
• Build technical strategies for the team.

• 6+ years of iOS and Android development experience.
• Proficient with Objective-C, Swift, Java & Kotlin
• Good understanding of different design patterns like MVC, MVVP, MVP & VIPER
• Excellent knowledge of Mobile UX and UI standards
• Excellent knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies.
