Description:
  • Responsible for all tendering and cost estimation for the trades in MEP projects.
  • Reviewing provided Contract, BOQ, Drawings, and Specifications for the new Projects
  • Studying Tenders to understand the nature of Project and Contract.
  • Receiving quotations from Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors and Make sure that the quotations comply with the project required and provided Specifications
  • Prepare comparison Sheet for rates Quoted by Sub Contractors and suppliers
  • Prepare BOQ Breakdown.
  • Prepare quantity survey for lump sum project or items.
  • Preparing the commercial and technical offer.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates prefer to apply according to the requirements of the job
  • BSC. Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical office.
  • Software Skills: (AutoCAD– MS Office) is a must, Revit is a bonus.
  • Strong Communication, Presentation and Leadership skills.
  • Good in Time Management.
  • Very Good command of English Language.
