Senior Lawyer

Senior Lawyer needed with Experience in the following:

• Civil, commercial and corporate contracts, law and litigation. 
• All types of commercial agreements e.g., shareholders agreements, AOA, MOA, technology transfer, franchise, FIDIC (Red, Yellow and/or Silver Books).
• Legal writing e.g., pleas, defences, petitions (Appeal and Cassation).
• Arbitration proceedings.

Candidate must have: excellent communication skills, experience of work under pressure, legal strategy planning, representability  and fluency in English.
