Web-tools Admin

Main Job Purpose

The Web-tools Admin works under the supervision of the Online/Systems Unit Head to ensure good management of the existing monitoring web tools in the project

Objectives

• Provide support to partners to get along with the monitoring systems

• Track and extract databases and reports from the web tools

Accountabilities

• Coordinate web projects across departments

• Track and report on all site metrics

• Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors

• Extract database and reports from the monitoring tools as needed

• Maintain a consistent look throughout all web properties

• Upload new trainings and curricula on the project website

• Working across departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties

• Copyedit and proofread all web content and review them with other departments

• Support teachers and trainers from the governmental partners to insert and update data on the monitoring web tools

• Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs and events

• Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference

• In coordination with the Online/systems Unit manager, participate in making orientations on the usage of the existing monitoring tools

Education: 

• University graduate is a must preferred in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Experience:  

 • 3 – 4 years of experience

• Experience in a multinational organization.

• Understands the needs and challenges of Egyptian youth in the Technical and CS employment market.  

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Some knowledge of HTML, SharePoint and experience with popular content management systems.

• Ability to manage multiple projects tools in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Computer Skills: 

• Reliable knowledge of all technical aspects of Microsoft Technology and SQL query  

Languages:  

 • Very good command of English
